I am so excited to share with you guys all the beautiful details of Kendall and Kassidy’s classic wedding at the Springs venue in Valley View, Texas. This wedding was one of the most organized, detail oriented, and overall beautiful weddings I have had the opportunity to photograph. From the venue, planner, and amazing couple this wedding was one for the books.
Kendall and Kassidy from the very start were one of the sweetest couples. I was able to get to know them during their engagement session and then even more at Kendall’s bridal session. Working with them was amazing from start to finish and I loved being apart of their beautiful day. Their wedding was so loved-filled, heart felt, and overall touching. I am so honored to have been apart of such a huge part of their lives!
Kendall and Kassidy got married at one of my favorite venues in DFW, the Springs in Valley View Texas. This venue has EVERYTHING. Surrounded by trees with cobblestone paths, The Springs has a very intimate, secluded vibe that I absolutely love (especially for some beautiful backlit portraits). The chapel has huge arching windows, wooden pews, chandeliers, dramatic beams, and so much more. I was able to take some of my favorite detail photos of all time in this chapel. The getting ready suites are absolutely perfect with the bridal sweet being extremely spacious and filled with light, and the grooms room is just as spacious and has beautiful emerald green walls. The reception area is a beautiful ball room with symmetrical staircases and tons of room for both dinner and party time. There is also an amazing bar that is completely wooden and is perfect for some awesome groomsmen group photos, as well as portraits. The photo opt opportunities at this venue are endless and this new venue has quickly become one of my stop five all time favorites.
The details for Kendall and Kassidy’s wedding were absolutely stunning. They incorporated emerald green throughout their details. The ring box, a Gucci green perfume, and the bridesmaids dresses and groomsmen ties were all this deep emerald green and they balanced this with beiges, pale pinks, and white. Kendall’s dress had long sheer sleeves with soft lace and a beautiful cascading train. There were so many intricate details such as a greenery wall that said “Til Death”, cocktails inspired by their dogs, a polaroid photo book, and so much more.
The planner of Kendall and Kassidy’s wedding was Hive and Honey Events. Kourtni is one of the best planners and I could not recommend her more. She kept the day on time, made sure everyones needs were met, while at the same time keeping a very calm vibe that is so needed on any stressful wedding day. I loved seeing how intuitive Kourtni was throughout the day to Kendall and Kassidy, always one step ahead. If you’re looking for an amazing planner definitely check out Hive and Honey Events!
The florals for this wedding were out of this world. Behold Floral Designs was the florist and again one of my favorite vendors I have worked with. Greenery cascading down down the walls, perfectly symmetrical floral arrangements in the chapel to draw your eye directly down the center of the aisle, beautiful arrangements on each table, these florals could not have been more stunning. Cavender even brought us tones of extra florals that we were able to use as we pleased for detail shots. These florals really brought this beautiful day to a whole new level.
I really could go on and on about Kendall and Kassidy’s wedding at the Springs in Valley View. Everything was so intricately put together and I was introduced so some of my favorite vendors of all time.
